Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War is currently the only Phase 3 film in production. With others expected to shoot later in the year, the film was the only one who was able to show some footage at the D23 Expo, in Anaheim California. Before any footage was shown, Kevin Feige revealed that the Russo Brothers are currently filming in Germany with one week of production left. Of course they couldn't go into great detail about it, because who wants to hear Anthony Mackie and Chris Evans talk (who were also present for the Marvel panel) about a film, when they can show footage for everyone to get excited about.
